COVID-19 is affecting shipping times as many of our items are sourced from international warehouses. When placing an order, keep in mind shipping could be delayed up to 30 days.
1. How often are orders processed?
- Orders are processed daily. Orders placed after 8 pm eastern time will be processed the next day.
- Orders are shipped between 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed
2. How long will it take for my order to ship?
- An order can take from 10 to 15 days (up to 30 days) to be received from our International warehouse.
- Expedited shipping may be available. Expedited shipping cost varies based on location. If you prefer faster shipping, send an email to email@example.com with the desired products and quantities for an invoice. The invoice must be paid within 3 days.
3. Where can I find my order status?
- You will receive updates by email. If you haven't received an order status after 7 days, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to check for you!
1. Do you price match?
- We do on a case by case basis. Email us the matching product link. Price must be original price before promotional codes or other discounts. We do not price match with large retailers or franchise stores.
